The heart of the ground floor is a spacious living area, equipped with a comfortable corner bench and a table. A pull-out sofa in front of the fireplace ensures relaxed evenings in a cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering except a stove: a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a small oven and a small sink. Dishes and kitchen utensils are also available.

On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

A wide staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you will find a double bed on the left and a single bed on the right. This arrangement offers flexible sleeping accommodation for families or small groups.

Two cupboards offer enough storage space for your personal items. Two chairs with a small side table create a cozy corner for reading or relaxing.

Since our houses are very individual, we do not offer standard prices. We would be happy to create a tailor-made offer for you.
