Holiday home with ground floor and upper floor

The living area on the ground floor is cleverly divided. Part of the room has been separated off and can be used as a separate bedroom with a double bed - ideal as a parents' bedroom or as a cozy children's room.

In the open part of the ground floor there is a practical hallway wardrobe, a pull-out sofa and a small table with three stools - perfect for relaxed evenings or cozy meals. A television is available for entertainment.

A well-equipped kitchen corner with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as some dishes and a small sink allows you to prepare simple meals.

The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink and toilet.

A wide staircase takes you to the upper floor, which is equipped with a double bed on the left and a single bed on the right. This arrangement offers flexibility for different sleeping configurations.

Two cupboards offer sufficient storage space for personal items.

Two chairs and a small side table create a cozy corner, ideal for reading or relaxing.
